摘要
本文综述了香稻米的营养品质,香味的化学成份、鉴定方法与遗传,营养元素对香味的影响,以及香稻育种研究方面的进展。指出香稻育种的发展方向是将香味基因输入到雄性不育系和恢复系中,育成优质、高产的香味参合型或全香型杂交水稻。
In this paper ,progress of studies on scented rice was summarized involving nutritional qualities of scented rice,chemical composition,inheritance of aroma,effect of nutritional elements on scent and varietal improvement of aromatic rice varieties. The way of scented rice breeding was suggested for developing naturally mixed or completely aromatic grains hybrid rice with good quality and high yield.
