本文重点讨论了目前国内外对玉米茎腐病（青枯病）致病菌的类群、地区优势菌种及所争论的问题焦点。提出了不同致病菌间存在病菌演替和地区生态种群。并讨论了玉米品系的抗病遗传问题，玉米抗性属核基因遗传，不受细胞质基因控制，为多基因数量抗性，以加性效应为主，也存在上位性和显性或部分显性效应。

This paper especially discussed the complex of casual organisms of cornstalk rot and their localized dominant species and native disputive problems. The authorspresented such points as the Succesion of different pathogens and localized ecologicalpopulations in the disease.The problems about resistance genetic of corn varieties andlines are also concerned.The resistance of corn to stalk rot is controlled by nucleargenes, rather than by cytoplasmic genes. The resistance genetic of corn is mostly controlled by more genes with quantity chracteristics, and it mostly possesses additive effect,it sometimes also shows epistatic and dominant or partial dominant effects.
