本文阐述了茎髓接种能体现品种抗病菌扩展能力，土壤根部接种能表明抗侵入的作用。大量抗病资源或杂交初世代抗病性筛选，可用土壤根部接种或重茬病圃鉴定，高世代材料或抗病遗传性研究，最好用单一菌种进行髓和根部接种。

This paper indicates that inoculation on stalk pith can show the potentialof corn varieties anti-spread to pathogenic fungi of corn stalk rot and inoculation onroots can show the anti-infected potential. For screening of resistance resouces or earlygeneration hybrids,inoculation on roots with infected soil or evaluation in disease nursery can be used. But for high generation materials or study on resistant genetics, it isbetter to inoculate the stalk pith and roots with single pathogenic fungi.
