摘要
提出了应用双极对数槽号相位图设计变极绕组的一种新方法─-对称块图法.阐述了对称块图法的原理,分析了槽号不重复选用的原则,提出了在对称块图法中保证槽号不重复选用的法则,并以反向法变极为例讨论了对称块图法的具体应用,研究了与其对应的对称块图划分的规律及相应的最佳方案.这些规律只与变极绕组的联接方式有关,而与具体的绕组方案无关,因而易于掌握,可以实现变极绕组的直观、灵活设计.
Based on the phase diagram of the slot nurnber with dual pole-pairs,a new method forthe design of pole-changing motor windings,the symmetrical block diagram method, is de-veloped.The principle of the method is described.The rule for not repetitively using thesame slot number is analyzed and measures to guarantee this are given,The application ofthe method is illustrated with a pole-changing winding by current reversal,and the divisionof blocks to give a best design is investigated.
