基于特征的产品定义模型与CAD／CAPP集成

A Feature-Based Product Defining Model and the Realization of CAD/CAPP Integration

从集成的角度提出了基于特征的产品定义模型，通过统一的产品定义模型，驱动各应用子系统（ＣＡＰＰ，ＣＡＭ等）．研制了回转体零件特征库、产品定义模型和数据结构，并以中性文件的形式输出产品信息（包括总体信息、工艺特征信息、几何特征信息），实现ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ的集成。

A feature-based product defining model (PDM)is presented from the point of view of integration,The unified PDM can be used to drive various application subsystems such asCAPP,CAM etc. A feature library for rotational parts is developed and the data structure ofthe PDM is discussed.The product information,including the process feature,geometricfeature and overall information,is put out in the form of a neutral file and the CAD/CAPPintegration can be realized.
