摘要
采用扫描电镜下原位拉伸的方法,观察了纯铝单晶中剪切带的形成过程。在此基础上揭示了晶体的滑移以及剪切带状分叉的主要特征。建议韧性金属材料中的剪切带可分为两类:一类为宏观剪切带(MSB);另一类为细观剪切带(mSB)。
By means of tensile tests in situ with a scanning electron microscope the forrnation ofshear bands in single crystals of pure aluminum has been observed to elucidate the features ofthe crystal slip and the bifurcation. It is suggested that the shear bands in ductile metals canbe classified into two categories:the macroscopic shear bands(MSB)and the mesoscopicshear bands(mSB).
