摘要
提出采用单片微机对滚齿机传动误差进行在线实时补偿。介绍了用单片微机对滚齿机传动误差进行采样并对其进行补偿的硬件和软件系统。该系统用于一台Y38A型精密滚齿机上后,该机床传动误差下降了50%。
A method of using a single-chip microprocessor to compensate for the transmission errorof the gear hobbing machine is proposed.With a dynamic transmission error measuring in-strurnent attached to the worktable, the error is continuously sampled and sent to a single-chip microprocessor which controls a stepping motor to give the proper compensation. Thehardware and software of an actual compensating systern are described. It is shown that thetransmission error of a type Y38A precision gear hobbing machine is reduced by more than50%.
