摘要 采用NOS的组织化学技术,研究豚鼠低位听觉径路及血管纹的一氧化氮合酶(nitricoxidesynthase,NOS)的分布,结果发现,在耳蜗核有密集的NOS阳性胞体,阳性纤维散在,阳性胞体主要集中在耳蜗背侧核,腹侧核内阳性反应较少;螺旋神经节NOS阳性细胞呈圆形或椭圆形,有明确的突起;耳蜗各回内外毛细胞均呈NOS阳性反应,内毛细胞区较外毛细胞区染色深;血管纹的边缘细胞呈强阳性反应。文章讨论了NOS在低位听觉径路及血管纹的分布特点及生理意义。 Abstract The nitric oxide synthase distribution was studied with NOS histochemistry technolo-gy.The results are as follows.There were concertrated NOS positive cell bodies and scat-tered fibrae at the cochlear nucleus. The positive cell bodies are mostly cencentrated at dorsal cochlear nucleus, only a few at ventral cochlear nucleus. NOS positive cells of stria vascularis were spherical or ellipitical with definite processes. Both internal and external hairy cells of cochlear nucleus show NOS positive reaction. The stain of internal hairy cells were darker than that of the external.Marginal cells of stria vascularis show positive reaction. The article discussed the NOS distribution at low auditory pathway and stria. vascularis characteristics and phisiological importance.
