鼻内窥镜下微波凝固术治疗普通鼻出血（附56例分析）

Treatment of epistaxis by microwave coagulation with nasal endoscopy

１９９４年２月～６月，应用微波手术仪，在鼻内窥镜下门诊治疗普通鼻出血５６例。本治疗方法视野清晰，止血迅速，无痛操作，对鼻腔中、后部位的止血尤为显著。术后观察３～６个月，均未再出血。

Abstract From February to April 1994,56 patients were selected to undergo nasal endoscopy and microwave therapy for the treatment of epistaxis. The method was successful in quick hemostasis, less pain and clear operating field. It was found to be effective especially to the middle-posterior epistaxis. There was no recurrent case during one month follow-up after the operation. This method has not been used in China before. It requires no anteroposterior pack and nearly avoid ligation and embolism. It is a new effective treatment to cure epistaxis espe-cially to the intractable epistaxis.
