本文详细推证在无极分子介质和有极分子介质中激发电场所消耗的能量,实际上都等于逮立电场的固有电能和介质电极化所消耗的能量,只是与极化有关的能量产生的机制不同,
In this paper, it id proved that the energy used to excite the electric field in polar and non-polar molecwle mediun is equal to the energy used to set up the electric qield and to polarige the medium, except that the eccitation mechanism is not the same as the polangation mechanism.
