摘要
本文利用反相高效液相色谱技术对邻氯苯甲酸的工业产品进行分离,并以β-萘酚为内标物进行定量分析,取得了快速、简便、准确度高、线性范围宽的测定结果。
In this paper,o—chlorobenzoie acid's industrial products were separated by reversedphase high performace liquid chromatography,and the quantitative analysis was performed, when β-naphthol was used as internal standard substance. The result was rapid,covenient,accurate and linear range was wide.
