摘要
电子波导器件是今后量子线十分重要的应用领域之一。本文从薛定谔方程出发,得出了有关量子线中传输电子特性的一组约束方程,也即描述量子线电子波导特性的方程组,用数值法求解该隐含方程组,可以得到电子能量E、传播常数β的关系曲线和量子线结构参数dx、dy之间的关系。
lectron waveguide device is an important application field of quantum wires in the future. In this paper,with Schroedinger equation,a group of restrain equations about electron propagation in quantum wires is obtained,which describs quantum wires electron waveguide characteristics. The restrain equations can be numerically solved to yield the curve of electron energy E vs propagation constant β and the relationship between the curve and quantum wires structure parameters dx and dy.
