摘要
贲门胃底角是抑制胃内食物返流的重要因素之一，它通常为一锐角。目前国内外对贲门胃底角的正常大小还没有统一的标准。本文通过对３９２例正常人的贲门胃底角的研究，总结了此角的大小，并探讨了贲门胃底角的形成、意义及其影响因素。
The angle between the cardia and the fundus of the stomach is an important factor in preventing the reflux of food from the stomach to the esophagus. It is usually an acute angle. UP to now, there has been not an accepted standard about the angle's size.Through the study on 392 normal cases, the angle's size was worked out, and the angle's forming, its function and influence factors were futher studied.
