摘要
从分析城市土地区位的特点入手,以区位论、地租与地价理论为指导,按照土地经济规律和市场经济发展的要求,以西安市为例,建立了城市土地收益测算模型.从而实现了城市土地区位与土地收益相关关系的定量化研究.
On the basis of analysing the characteristic of land location in city,the theory of location, land-rent and land-price,the demand of land economic law and market economic development and with Xi'an city as an example,a measure-count model of urban land has been set up. Thus the quantification study has been realized on the relation of land location and land benefit in city. The theory and method are deepened of economic evalution of urban land. These are important to advancing system reform of the paid uses of urban land and rationalization of space structure of urban land.
