摘要
本文首先对Ｓｈａｎｎｏｎ取样定理作了一些改进，然后以这个改进的取样定理为基础，构造了一种新的正交小波基．
This paper makes some improvement on shnnnon sampling theorem and construict a new orthogonal wavelet basis grounded on the improved sampling theorem.
