摘要 电磁轴承是复杂的机电磁一体化系统,对其进行精确的分析研究是一项相当困难的工作.应用系统的线性简化模型可满足系统控制器设计的需要.如果用实验验证则需的经费大,周期长;而利用计算机对电磁轴承系统进行仿真是一种获得其有关特征的简便、有效的手段.本文以平面内两自由度独立控制方式为基础,介绍在时域内,对于简化为一个质点的转子运动轨迹进行仿真的方法.所得结果已由一个应用实例予以验证. Active magnetic bearing(AMB)system is a composite system with inclusion of mechanics, electronics and magnetics. And it is difficult to analyse the system exactly. To make use of the linear model of the system can be suitable for the requirement of design of the controller, but it expends more cost and time for resting the result of the design. Imitation of the system by a computer is a simple and convenient way to obtain some of the characteristics of the system. This paper focuses attention on the equations of the system based on cartesian coordinates,two degrees of freedom control, and discusses the method of imitation in time history of the system in which the shaft can be described as a mass point. The results of the imitation have been tested by an applied device.
