摘要
对抗坏血酸增强钙黄绿素-CU(Ⅱ)-NH4SCN体系荧光强度进行了研究.结果表明:在实验条件下,抗坏血酸的浓度在1.0×10-6~8.0×10-6mol/L范围内与体系的荧光强度有良好的线性关系,检测限为1.0×10-6mol/L.方法已用于测定蔬菜样品中的微量抗坏血酸.
The fluorescent intensity of system of calcein-Cu(Ⅱ)-NH4SCN can be increased by addition of ascobric acid. The result shows it can be used for the determination of ascobric acid in vegetables. The linear range is 1. 0×10-6~8. 0×10-6 mol/L ascobric acid, the detection limit is 1. 0×10-6 mol/L ascobric acid.
