摘要
设计并制造了一种纵弯模式转换型超声马达.对其转动机理、影响其效率的诸因素及其性能进行了分析和测试.实验表明,该马达具有频漂小、转速稳定、转换效率高等特性.
A kind of longitudinal and flexcural vibration mode conversion ultrasonic motor is designed and constructed.The motor's rotary mechanism, all of factors which interfere with its efficiency and performance are analysed and tested in detail.The results indicate that the kind of motor possess specific properties,such as little frequency drift, stable rolational speed and high conversion efficiency.
