华山松籽油中脂肪酸含量及其药用保健作用的研究

Determines of fatty acids content of pine nut oil by GC and effeces of medicative and health protection

应用气相色谱法测定了秦岭南坡西段华山松籽油中脂肪酸组成，并与辽宁建平沙棘油脂肪酸组成进行了对比分析，二者所含主要脂肪酸成分的含量十分近似．结果表明，秦岭南坡西段华山松籽油具有与沙林油类似的营养保健价值及防癌抗癌作用．

This thesis studies and determines the fatty acids of Huashan Mountain pine nut oil from the western section of the south slope of Qinling by GC.By contrasting the fatty acids of the pine nut oil with that of hippophae rnmnoides oil from Jianping, Liaoning province,the analytical study is made. The result of this analysis shows that both of them contain nearly the same content of key fatty acids.The conclusion is:the pine nut oil has the similar value of nutrition and health protection and antitumor effectes as the hippophae rhanlnoides oil.
