陕北黄土高原能源开发及环境治理对策

Some environmental problems and its counter-measures in energy resources exploitation in Loess Plateau of North Shaanxi

陕北黄土高原能源储量大，质量优，是我国能源重声、开发区之一，在陕西的经济发展中占有十分重要的地位．本文根据该区域能源开发现状及生态特点，对能源开发过程中所产生的破坏资源、地面沉陷、水土流失、河道淤塞、环境污染等问题进行了系统分析研究，同时提出了能源开发综合治理对策．

Loess Plateau of North Shaanxi province where there are enormous and high quality energy resource reserves is one of the plentiful energy resource reserves and major exploitation region in Ching. The energy resources have played a very important role both in the economic development of the whole country or North Shaanxi. According to the current situation of energy resources and the ecology properties, the problems of resources destruction,earth subsidence,soil and water loss, river-bed deposition,environment pollution, ete. have been systematically analysed and studyed. Meanwhile,the Comprehensive Control Counter-measures of the energy resources exploitation have been put forward.
