摘要
本文提出了一种修正的适合于研究圆波导结构的FDTD分析方法,用于求解此类波导结构TE0n和TM0n模式的截止频率和场分布.采用此方法可将这类三维问题在一维空间中加以处理,大大提高了计算效率和减少了存贮量.本文对各类典型圆波导结构的截止频率进行了计算和分析,同时分析了网格剖分对计算结果精度的影响,并与已知的理论结果和其它数值方法的计算结果进行了比较,证实了这一方法的可靠性.
This paper presents a modified FDTD method for studying the circle waveguides which is used to calculate the cutoff frequencies and distribution fields ofTE0n and TM0n modes in circle waveguides. Using this method, one can treat theproblem only in one-dimensional space, thus reducing the memory and amount ofcomputation greatly. The cutoff frequencies of various typical circle waveguidesare analysed and computed, and the reliability of this method is confirmed bycomparing with the analytical results already known and the results obtained byother numerical methods.
