摘要
本文把机械装置中每个零件的位置、姿态、位移误差和转角误差在三维空间中用矢量和矩阵来表示.运用三维空间坐标系的转换,通过矢量和矩阵的运算,建立了机械装置综合误差计算的数学模型,并提出了简便实用的计算方法通过减速器综合误差的实例计算,得到了满意的结果.
The place, Pose, displacement errror and rotating allgle ermr of every parts in the machinestructure are expressed by means of vector and matrixin a three dimension (3-D) space in this paper.The mathematical model of the synthetical error calculation is established by transformation of 3-Dcoordinate system and vector and matrix operations. A conveniellt and practical calculation methodis given. The satisfied result is obtained by the calculation of a engineering example of the syntheticalermr in a decelerator.
