摘要
本文研究了锡-硫氰酸铵--孔雀缘体系高灵敏测定的光度法,缔合物的最大吸收位于595nm,表观摩尔吸光系数2.36×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,钼浓度在0 ̄5ug/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。研究了共存离子的影响,研讨了显色反应的吸附机理。方法用于水中痕量锡的分析,结果令人满意,相对标准偏差小于6%,回收率94 ̄104%。
A highly sensitive spectrophotometry for the determination of tin been developed. The ion--association complex exhibits maximum absorption at 595nm, its apparent molar absorptivity is 2.36×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1 .Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0--5 μg/25ml for sn (iv). The reaction mechanism bas been discussed. Themethod has been applied to the determination of Sn in some samples with satisfactory results.
