锡—硫氰酸铵—孔雀绿高灵敏离子缔合显色体系的研究

Highly Sensitive Coiouc Reaction of Ion Associate in the System of Tin--Thiocyanate-Mlalachite Green

本文研究了锡－硫氰酸铵－－孔雀缘体系高灵敏测定的光度法，缔合物的最大吸收位于５９５ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数２．３６×１０＾５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ＾－１·ｃｍ＾－１，钼浓度在０￣５ｕｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比耳定律。研究了共存离子的影响，研讨了显色反应的吸附机理。方法用于水中痕量锡的分析，结果令人满意，相对标准偏差小于６％，回收率９４￣１０４％。

A highly sensitive spectrophotometry for the determination of tin been developed. The ion--association complex exhibits maximum absorption at 595nm, its apparent molar absorptivity is 2.36×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1 .Beer＇s law is obeyed in the range of 0--5 μg/25ml for sn （iv）. The reaction mechanism bas been discussed. Themethod has been applied to the determination of Sn in some samples with satisfactory results.
