本文研究了愈创木酚／硝酸甲酯的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间，硝化剂和溶剂的选择对５－－硝基愈创木酚合成的影响。实验证明：反应温度、反应时间、愈创木酚／硝酸甲酯的摩尔比、硝化剂是影响产物收率的主要因素，找出了最佳反应条件。５－－硝基愈创木酚收率７５％。

The yield of 5--e.itro--guaiacol reaches75%.
