摘要
本文根据轧钢机压下丝杠螺纹副的实际受载和失效情况,对螺纹副的设计问题进行了分析研究,表明采用通常改变螺距的方法不能达到螺纹副载荷完全均匀分布,而改变螺母牙厚度的方法可实现这一要求,从而达到提高寿命的目的.论文给出了不同参数时实现均载分布的螺母螺纹牙在起始处所允许的最大无量纲厚度.为螺母牙变刚度设计提供了依据.
According to the actual loading and falhre condition,the design problem for the rolling mill was analyzed. The results showed that the ordinary method of varying screw pitch can not make the screw food distribution uniformty,but the method of varying the thickness of nuts' teeth can make it better,and the life of the screw will be longer. For the different parameters,the maxmium thickness of screw teeth which can make the food distribution uniformly was given.
