设计制作了ＥＰＲＯＭ式ＣＣＤ驱动器，实现了对ＴＣＤ１０２Ｃ－１线阵ＣＣＤ的驱动；该ＣＣＤ与单片机构成的细丝衍射测径系统实现了对２０～２００ｕｍ范围丝径的自动测量，并采用电子细分法提高了ＣＣＤ的分辨率。

Having designed and produced EPROM driver for CCD。This driver makes the TCD102C-1lined CCD work normally.The system consisted of the TCD102C-1 lined CCD and MCS-51single-chip microcomputer completes the auto-measuring slim silk from 20um to 200um,andit improves the aesolution of CCD by the method of electronic separation。
