多酶体系催化从1-磷酸葡萄糖和N-乙酰基葡萄糖胺合成N-乙酰基乳糖胺 被引量:1

摘要 本文以1-磷酸葡萄糖和N-乙酰基葡萄糖胺为原料,经过UDP-葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶、UDP-半乳糖4-异构酶、β1,4-半乳糖基转移酶等多步催化,一系列反应同时进行,最后获得产物N-乙酰基乳糖胺. In this peper, N-acetyllatosamine was succafully cynthesized from G-1-p and GlcNActhrough one-pot multi-enzyme system using five enzymes.
