摘要
本文对以往模拟电感器电路的静态工作点、相应元件参数以及电路的电感数学公式作了调整,并实现了单片集成.计算机SPICE值、理论值、实测值三者曲线基本上一致,并可获得上万亨(Q>10)电感量.
In this paper, we present an approach to the adjustiment of the analog inductor circuit, it's operation points, device parameters concerned and the mathematical formula for its inductance. it's realization as monolithic integrated circuit is desribed. SPICE simulation results. theoretical results and expeximental results demostrate the effectiveness of our approach. In perticular, inductor(Q> 10) with over 10000H has been realized.
