摘要
本文从机械产品的公差—成本模型出发,研究了采用简化积分域法和蒙特卡罗模拟法进行计算机辅助公差优化设计的方法,并给出了与传统的等公差概率法进行对比的实例计算结果.这对于开展公差CAD,促进CAD/CAPP/CAM的集成具有重要意义.
This paper studies the method of computer aided tolerance optimal design using the simpliyiedintegrating region method and Monte Carlo simulation according to the tolerance-cost model ofmechanical production. It also gives the comparative computational results of examples respectivelyusing the presented methods and the traditional equal tolerance prodabitity method. It will ie verycrucial for studying computer-aided tolerancing and integrating CAD and CAM and CAPP system.
