摘要
采用小鼠皮下移植性肝癌模型观察抑瘤剂量的硒(2mg/kg.d)及毒性剂量的硒(4mg/kg.d)分别与绞股蓝总皂甙(3mg/kg.d)联合应用对小鼠及其肝癌生长的影响,结果表明:绞股蓝总皂甙(3mg/kg.d)对小鼠肝癌生长无明显抑制作用,但它能明显增强硒对小鼠肝癌生长的抑制且能拮抗毒性剂量的硒对小鼠的毒性作用,提示硒与绞股蓝具有联合应用价值。
Effect of gypenosides and selenium at dosage of 2mg/kg.d and 4mg/kg.d on mice and its subcutaneous transplanted hepatoma were studied. The results showed that 30mg/kg.d of gypenosides alone did not inhibit the growth of liver cancer in mice but enhanced the inhibitory effect of selenium on mice liver cance. In the meantime, 30mg/kg.d of gypenosides reduced the toxicity of high-dose selenium in tumor-bearing mice. The results suggested that it is valuable in clinic to combine selenium with gypenosides.
