以牙颌畸形为主的综合整形术

Comprehensive Surgery of the Oral and Maxillofacial Region of Patients with Orthodontic Deformity

对５７例牙颌畸形患者施行了包括正颌外科手术在内的颜面五官综合整形术。术前作Ｘ线硬组织头影测量及软组织头影测量，行牙石膏模型手术，明确截骨位置、牙骨块的移动方向、幅度、体积及决定其三维关系，作出正颌外科手术后的面形预测图（Ｖ．Ｔ．Ｏ），以审美平面为参考，选择确定适当的综合整形手术方案。术后综合整形效果与术前预测完全符合者占４０％，基本符合者占５５％，总符合率为９５％。综合整形术既能矫治牙颌畸形，同时亦解决了患者颜面五官的畸形与缺陷。

Fivety seven cases(from 386 caes)of orthodontic deformity were treated with comprehensivesurgery. The special prcoperative prepalations indud X ray cephalogmm film analyses model technique and the visual treatment objective,The patients' noses,eyes,chins,general lookings,as well as the orthodontic deformity were in careful consideration Took the estheticism plane as reference,chose the best operation programme After operation,good andexcellent result were found to be 95%。The results suggested that comprehensive surgery deserves its pride in the achievement of ideal result with good appearance and betterocclusional relationship.
