脑干听觉诱发电位慢成分

The Slow Component of Bfainstem Auditory Evoked Potential

摘要 以短声和短纯音刺激大鼠、分别观察刺激强度和刺激音持续时间对大鼠脑于听觉诱发电位慢成分的影响。经叠加后记录到BAEP(脑干听觉诱发电位)慢成分,其时程约1~8ms,在刺激后5-6ms处可见一阳性彼波峰,且波峰潜伏期与BAEP快成分的V波峰潜伏期相近。在不同声刺激强度下,该波出现率随刺激强度减弱而减低,当刺激强度减弱时,波峰潜伏期延长,幅值减少。在一定范围内,刺激音持续时间延长,波峰潜伏期延长,幅值不变。 The effects of stimulus intensity and stimulus duration on the slow components ofbrainstem auditory evoked po tential has been assessed in rats.The results indicated thatthere was a positive slow wave after stimulus.The slow component and wave V of thefast component showed almost the same latency change,a prolongation of the altecywith decreasing stimulus intensity.As stimulus intensity was decreased,the existing rateand the amplitude of the slow component aiso decreased.The latency were increasedwith increase of tone bursts duration,and their amplitude tended to remain constant.
