摘要
为探讨激光血管成形术后再狭窄的机理,将新西兰兔随机分为正常对照(N)组、动脉粥样硬化(AS)组和激光血管成形术(LA)组。首先建立AS模型和LA,术后不同时间取腹主动脉做组织形态学、细胞生物学检查。结果发现,LA后再狭窄与血管热损伤后动脉中层平滑肌细胞(SMC)向内膜下迁移并异常增生有关,导致新生内膜形成、内膜增厚和血管再狭窄发生。
The Purpose of
this study was to make clear the mechanism of restenosis after laser
angioplasty(LA).The New Zealand rabbits fell into normal control
group,atherosclerotic group and LA group.The rabbit abdominal aorta
atherosclerotic and LA models were et up and then the sections of
lesion artery were taken for histo-mor-phological and cellular
biological study.The results showed that restenosis after LA was
associated with the mi-gration of medium SMC to intima and excessive
proliferation of SMC.
