足横弓部分重建并改良McBride术治疗踇外翻畸形（附40例报告）

Treatment of hallux valgus by partial reconstruction of metatarsal arch and modified McBride operation

报告足横弓重建并改良ＭｃＢｒｉｄｅ术治疗外翻畸形４０例７２足，经平均４年６个月的随访．结果表明第一、二跖骨间夹角平均矫正３度，跖角平均矫正９度，囊消失率为９５％，第二、三跖骨头下胼胝消失率为６６％，足形改善满意率为９１％。

feet among 40 patients were with hallux valgus treated by reconstruction of metatarsal arch and modified McBride operation were reported in this paper. After follow-up for an average of 4.5years post operatively, the results showed an overall 9 and 3 correction of the first metatarsal phalanx angle and the first and the second intermetatarsal angle respectively; 95%cases of bunions disapperared, 66% calli under the heads of the second and the third metatarsus disappeared, and 91% of the patients with the change of the feet appearance.
