摘要
应用免疫组化和斑点杂交技术检测３０例大肠癌和１５例大肠腺瘤ｍＲＮＡ和蛋白表达水平，结果显示ｐ３００ＡＰＣ在大肠正常粘膜，腺瘤和癌组织的表达分别为７０％、６６．７％、２０％，在伴有重度非典型性增生腺瘤中为２５％。提示在大肠癌和重度非典型性增生腺瘤中ＡＰＣ基因产物呈低表达状态，且与腺瘤的分化程度密切相关。
hirty cases of colorectal carcinomas and 15
cases of adenomas were observed in the molecular level by im-
munohistochemical analysis and dot bloting.The positive expression
for p300APC was 70%、66.7%、20% in nor-mal mucosa,adenomas and
carcinomas.Poorly atypical adenomas were 25%, The results indicate
lower expres-sion of APC products in colorectal carcinomas and poorly
atypical adenomas. It has the significant relation with adenoma
differentiation.
