密封反应法制备HgBa_2Ca_2Cu_3O_(8+δ)超导材料

摘要 对采用密封反应系统制备HgBa2Ca2Cu3O8+δ超导材料的烧结工艺进行了探讨。采用多次短时热处理和快速升温的方法可避免石英管的破裂并控制CaHgO2的生成。烧结后所得样品处于缺氧状态,Tc为120K,氧气氛退火可使Tc升高到133K。 The synthesis technique of the HgBa2Ca2Cu3O8+δ with a sealed reaction system has been discussed. A short take annealing technique and high heating rate were used to avoid the explosion of the quartz tube and to restrain the formatiom of CaHgO2. The sample prefered in this method is under-doped with the superconducting onset transition temperature of 120 K. After pact-annealing in oxygen atmosphere, the sample has a Tc of 133 K.
