微型游离皮瓣在断指再植中的应用

Application of microflaps to finger replantation

自１９８９年以来，应用多种微型游离皮瓣修复合并皮肤及其它组织缺损的断指１８例，并再植成功．根据皮瓣血供特点，分为生理性及非生理性皮瓣．手术方法采取皮瓣嵌入法，动静脉转流轴型吻合法，动脉化静脉网吻合法及皮瓣与断指分开供血法．文中还讨论了皮瓣的应用指征及手术注意事项．

Abstract Since 1989,18 cases of microflaps have been applied successfully to repair the defects of skin and other tissues on amputated fingers.According to the characteristic of blood supply,the microflaps are classified into physiological flaps and unphysiological flaps.The operative methods include flap insertion,arterial-venous by-pass axial anastomosis and the arterial-venous network anastomosis,etc.The indications of operation and points for attention are discussed.
