The treatment of congenital webbed fingers

先天性并指畸形影响手的发育与功能。通过１６例１９只手的治疗，从术后分离指的外观、运动、感觉、血运与病人满意度等五方面综合评价，认为手术时机以１～５岁为最佳；手术应优先修复重要功能指及优先修复桡侧创面；指蹼的处理以手背斜矩形皮瓣较好。本组病人术后疗效优１２例，良４例，达到了满意结果。

Abstract The congenital webbed fingers affected the growth and function of the hand. Sixteen cases of congenital webbed fingers have been treated with operation.We evaluated the effect of treatment and considered:The best age of the patients was one to five years old.The operation should ensure the important finger in function and prefer to repair the radial side.A rectangle valvular skin flap in the back of the hand was better in the management of the finger-wing.After operation,We obtained satisfactory effect in these patients,twelve excellence and four good.
