先天性尺骨发育不良二例报告

Congenital dysplasia of the ulnar: a report of two cases

本文介绍国内尚未见报道的２例罕见的先天性尺骨发育不良（尺侧拐棒手）患儿．１例右尺骨不完全缺如（远端１／３缺如）、环小指缺如、示中指并指畸形、桡骨小头脱位．另１例尺骨完全缺如、小指缺如、桡骨小头脱位．１例行分指游离植皮术，另１例未予治疗．对桡骨小头脱位，无功能影响则严禁手术．本文就该种先天畸形的分类、临床特征及其治疗进行讨论．

Abstract Ulnar dysplasia(ulnar clubhand)is a rare congenital deformity,and has not been reported in China.We report two patients with this defect here.One patient had incomplete deficiency of the ulna(distal one-third),defect of the ring and little finger,syndactyly of the index and middle finger,and dislocation of the radial head; another had complete deficiency of the ulna,defect of the little finger,and dislocation of the radial head.Separation of syndactyly and free skin-grafting were performed in one patient,and no treatment was given to another.We consider no surgical treatments should be given to patients with dislocation of the radial head but without impairment to function.The classifications, clinical manifestations,and treatments of ulnar clubhand were discussed.
