产瘫手术的疗效分析

Effects of surgery for birth paralysis.

对我院１９８８～１９９２年间１１７例产瘫的手术疗效进行分析．通过对上肢肩外展、屈肘、伸指、屈指四项功能综合评估，术后肌力恢复≥３°者；（１）神经松解术（手术平均年龄４１．７个月），为４６．１％～６１．９％；（２）神经移位术（手术平均年龄４５．６个月），为５３．３％．我们认为手术时机选择应为６～１２个月左右，术式的选择应根据年龄、伤情等多方面因素决定，而术后综合功能评估适于所有手术完成后（多期神经手术及功能重建）的康复评价．

Abstract cases of birth poralysis were treated surgically from 1988 to 1992.The function of shoulder adduction, elbow flexion, finger extension and finger flexion were evaluated.The cases which restored more than three degrees muscular strength accounted for 46. 1% to 61.9% in neurolysis(average age:41.7 months)and 53.3% in nerve transfer (average age:45.6 months).We considered the optimal operation time was 6 to 12 months and the chose of surgical techniques depended on the age and conditions of the Patients.
