小指内收功能重建

Reconsturction of little finger abduction.

用改良式小指固有伸肌腱移位术重建小指内收功能５例．手术改良方法是将小指固有伸肌腱自远端切断后，由腕背部抽出，通过皮下隧道固定于小指近节指骨骨内．这一改进避免了原术式［１］中由于肌腱走向存在成角，产生分力影响疗效的不足．本组５例经１．５～５年的随访，小指未再出现外展畸形．重建的内收功能良好．

Abstract Modified extensor digiti minimi tendon transfer was used to reconstruct abduction function of little finger in 5 cases.The distal end of extensor digiti minimi was detached,transferred and fixed to the proximal phalanx.This technique avoided the angle of tendon in Pan Jin She method and improved the result.The 5 patients were followed up for 1.5￣5years.No adduction deformity recurred,the function of little finger abductiou was good.
