摘要
以有机过氧化物为交联剂,对用于热收缩材料的LDPE/EVA体系进行化学交联.采用正交试验及方差分析的方法进行了配方筛选,以较少的试验次数达到最佳效果,同时对交联剂的含量,交联温度及交联时间等工艺参数进行了研究.
In this paper, chemical crosslinking of LDPE/ EVA system was studied for heat-shrinkable material, in which organic peroxide was used as crosslinker. By usingorthogonal test and analysis of variance for formula screen, the optimum formula was obtained less experiments. Technological parameters, such as the content of crosslinker,crosslinked tempreture and time, had been investigated as well.
