简要概述了热收缩管的应用范围、成型加工原理和制造工艺过程．并重点介绍了国内外分段扩管的现状．针对目前分段气扩的缺点，研制出一种新型、高效、节能的分段气体扩管装置．通过系列实验，给出合理的扩管工艺．得到了轴向收缩率可调的应用于通讯电缆的热收缩管．

The field of application,the principle of processing technology of producing heat-shrinkable tubes are discussed briefly.After analyzing defects and the current situahon about the separately expanding equipment,a new efficient and energy-saving equipment for gas-expanding heat-shrinkable tubes is developed. When a series or test for the expanding equipment has been done, the reasonable technology of expanding tubes isgiven, and the tubes with heat-shrinkability in a radial direction or both radial direction and longitudinal direction are produced,which has been applied to communication cables.
