摘要 采用有限单元法研究凹陷式平封头过渡圆角处的应力分布规律,并求出应力集中系数的简化计算式. In [1], it has been proved that the stress concentration factor of round cornerconnecting the flat head and the shell of a pressure vessel is the function of the threenon-dimensional parameters:λ≡h/dtη≡t/d and ρ=r/t.This conclusion is also valid for the case of dented conner connection. By using finite element analysis, stress concentration factor of the dented conner connecting of the flat head and the shell has been calculated, and a simplified equation for concentration factor for engineering applicationwas obtained. The stress distribution in this area was also obtained.
