新型碳化塔的开发

摘要 研制成功一种新型碳化塔──封闭式塔盘、内循环、外溢流及外冷却式的碳化塔.实验测试了多种内件结构的新型碳化塔的性能:塔段的总压降、平均气含率、塔段内液相的内循环速度;塔段的传质效率及液相物流中NaHCO_3颗粒在塔段内沉积状况等.实验结果证实,导流筒的存在.导致液相内循环,有利于相间的传质.由于设置带突台的特殊结构的塔盘及外溢流形式,使塔段内NaHCO_3沉积情况明显优于菌帽型塔盘. A novel carbonating column consists of enclosed-trays with internal recycle and external overflow liquid streams is reported.The reflux is colded externally. The gUide shells were studied by using a 300 mm diameter perspex simulator.The hydrodynamics and mass transfer performances have been studied by measuring parameters including pressure drop,gas hold up in liquid phase, internal recycle rate and mass transfer efficiency ect. in a water,air and solid system. The extent of sodium carbonate deposition was observed and compared to conventional carbonahng column. The experiment indicate that the internal recycle of liquid stream results from the quide shell is or benefit to mass transfer efficiency.
