14%Cr-5%Ni-1%Mo马氏体钢热处理后在400℃长期时效,强度增加,韧性降低,合金脆化.经扫描电镜、谱和俄歇电子能谱技术等分析表明,合金脆化与有害元素(如P)和合金元素Cr、Ni、C等在原始奥氏体晶界上微偏聚过程有关。
After the heating treatment,the strangth and the brittleness of 14%Cr-5%Ni-1%Momartensite steel aped at 400℃ over a long period of time are growed, while its toughness is lowered. Further theoretical analyses showed that the alloy brittleness is related to the microscgregation process of harmful clements (such as P) and alloy clements such as Cr、Ni、C et cetera atgrain boundaries of ordainal austenite by means of SEM.
