一种新型拟除虫菊酯的合成

摘要 报道了一种用1.4-双甲氧甲基苯合成对甲氧甲基苄氯(Ⅰ)的较理想的方法及反式二氯菊酸拆分的方法.还报道了用(±)顺、反、(+)反式、(-)反式二氯菊酸分与(Ⅰ)合成了相应的拟除虫菊脂Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ,并对Ⅱ做了初步的药效试验. This paper describs the synthesis of 4-CH3OCH2C6H4CH2Cl (Ⅰ ) from CH3OCH2C6H4CH2OCH3. The (+ ) trans-and trans (-) 2,2-dimethyl-3-(2',2'-dichloroethenyl ) cyclopropane carboxylic acid were obtained by resolution of the (± ) trans - acids. The (± )cis. trans, (+ ) trans, (-)trans-acids were esterifed respectively with (Ⅰ ) to geve the correspondent esters Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ and the effective test of Ⅱ has been done.
