摘要
为探索国产氟哌啶醇片的治疗剂量远较国外同类产品大的原因,选择4名受试者,单次口服国产糖衣片,国产裸片与进口氟哌啶醇片剂进行生物利用度比较。结果发现国产糖衣片的相对生物利用度为64.13％,国产裸片为74.43％.而蜂浓度和消除速率常数基本一致。
Single dosage of 6 mg of different preparations of haloperidol, sugar coated tablet, naked tablet from China and tablet from Janssen Pharmaceutics, Belgium, were administered orally to four subject with chronic schizophrenia in order to compare their bioavailabilities.Results revealed that the relative bioavaila-bilities were 64.13% with the sugar coated tablet while 74.43% the naked.The peak blood concentration and the elimination rate constant, however, were almost the same.
