摘要
选择65yr以上轻至中度老年性痴呆20例,口服氢麦角碱(HDG)3-4mg/d,治疗8wk。有效率为85％;平均生效时间3.2±1.6 wk。治疗前后测定MMSE和SCAG亦示85％病例有效;SCAG的18个靶症状几乎都有改善。结论认为HDG对病情尚未严重的老年性痴呆有良好疗效,有认知障碍的老年患者应尽早仔细检查各种可能的原因,早期给予HDG可以争取较好的治疗效果。
Hydergine(HDG)with dosage 3-4 mg/d for 8 wk was given orally to 20 cases aged 65-82 for treatment of senile dementia.The results showed that HDG gave beneficial effects to 85% of cases,and the average time coming into effect was 3.2±1.6 wk.The scores of MMSE and SCAG before and after 8-wk treatment with HDG also indicated marked and moderate improvement in 85% of cases, and nearly all 18 items in SCAG were improved by HDG. It can be concluded that HDG gives good therapeutic effect to senile dementia of mild to moderate severities. Cases with suspicious cognitive impairment in aged people should be examined carefully in order to make early diagnosis and to get better therapeutic effect with HDG treatment.
