谷维素治疗高脂血症82例

Treatment of hyperlipidemia with oryzanol in 82 patients

本文观察谷维素治疗高脂血症(胆固醇>5.2m mol/L和(或)甘油三酯>1.7m mol/L)82例疗效。口服100mg,tid,2wk后血清胆固醇及甘油三酯值均下降1.3m mol/L,有效率分别为73％及84％,无副作用,且可防止动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。

Studies were designed that oryzanol could moderate the advances of hyperlipidemia with inositol nicotinate as control.Oryzanol was given orally 100 mg tid for 2 wk, while the inositol nicotinate was given orally 0.4 g tid for 4 wk.After treatment the cholesterol and triglyceride level in blood was both reduced 1.3 mmol/L. The effective rates of oryzanol were similar to that of the control group on serum cholesterol, 73% to 63%, respectively (P>0.05), but were obviously superior to that of the control group on serum triglyceride,84% to 37%, respectively (P<0 .01) .No adverse reactions were noted.Suggestion therefore is propoand that oryzanol has the advantage to moderate the occurrence and the development of arteriosclerosis.
